The short version
AllTold does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on any server, because AllTold does not have a server. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
What AllTold stores
Everything you enter — descriptions and calorie counts — is saved locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage. It never leaves your phone unless you choose to export it yourself.
Exporting your data
Settings includes an "Export as CSV" button. This generates a file on your device and hands it to iOS's native share sheet — you choose where it goes (Files, AirDrop, Mail, or elsewhere). AllTold has no say in, or visibility into, where that file ends up.
The calorie lookup button
The magnifying-glass button on the entry screen opens a search on fatsecret.com in your device's browser. That's a third-party website with its own privacy policy, separate from AllTold. AllTold does not send it any data — it simply opens a URL.
Deleting your data
Settings includes an "Erase all data" button that permanently deletes every entry on your device. Deleting the app itself has the same effect, since nothing is stored anywhere else.
